1、安檢流程：
為保證公眾安全，進入長隆卡卡劇場的賓客必須接受安全檢查，請您主動配合安全檢查?；诎踩紤]，我們可能拒絕賓客攜帶個別物品進入劇場。嚴禁攜帶以下物品進入劇場：

●除以上物品外，劇場禁止攜帶任何裝有車輪的運送用具入場（手推輪椅車、符合GB/T12996-2024《電動輪椅車》國家標準且最大速度≤15KM/H的電動輪椅車除外），包括但不僅限于：手推嬰兒車、帶輪子的運送工具、自行車或兒童三輪腳踏車、滑板、滑行車、軸向冰鞋、有輪冷藏箱等。
●其他禁止攜帶的物品：酒精飲料、尺寸超過56cm×36cm×23cm（20寸）的行李箱、玩具槍、遙控玩具（含無人機）、鑼鼓、高音喇叭、攝影輔助三腳架、未經允許的拍攝設備，違反相關法律規定的涉及政治、宗教、商業等印刷品、宣傳片、橫幅、彩旗等，以及其他任何可能造成危害或混亂的物品。
●劇場有權拒絕任何手提包、包裹等物品被攜帶進入劇場，本劇場亦可提供有償貯存服務。

2、為保障所有賓客安全、舒適的觀演環境，您不得進行以下活動：
●未經劇場允許的出售、出租商品或服務，包括但不限于導游活動、售賣劇場商品等。
●未經劇場允許的集會、主題活動、演講或行為藝術等。
●任何違法違規或危險、擾亂秩序、具有破壞性等行為；如：威脅、毆打他人，堵塞應急出口，無故占用樓梯，對賓客或工作人員使用侮辱性語言或不雅手勢，奔跑，攀爬、翻越欄桿等。
●違反電梯乘坐規定，做出影響扶梯正常安全運行的行為。
●將允許進入的載具或推車放置在身后拖行。
●在演出期間使用移動設備、拍攝設備進行錄像。
●挑逗、觸摸或投喂在劇場范圍內展示的動物。
●著裝暴露，穿戴不適宜、不雅或印有侮辱性語言的衣物。
●使用遮住部分面部的特效妝容，或用面罩、頭盔等遮蓋全臉或大部分臉，出于醫療或健康原因佩戴面罩或口罩除外。
●在劇場范圍內吸煙或使用電子煙。
●隨地亂扔垃圾或個人物品。
●法律明令禁止的其他行為。

3、其他配合事項：
●根據公安機關的要求，為保障園區的安全，為賓客創造一個安全的體驗環境，本園在安檢通道設有抓拍及錄像功能的攝像頭，將賓客入園信息實時傳送至地方公安系統。
●普通座無需對號入座，座位先到先得，請勿使用個人物品占座或為未到場的同伴預留座位。其他等級座位，進入劇場時請主動出示座位號，并自覺配合工作人員指引，在門票對應的區域及座位號上對號入座。
●演出過程中，部分演出環節存在演出互動、巡游演出、光線昏暗及切換暗場等情況，請勿隨意走動，如遇突發情況，請聽從現場工作人員的指引。
●演出運用大量的聲、光、電、焰火等特效，環境封閉、視聽效果逼真，幽閉恐懼癥患者、有心臟病史、血壓異常及患有其他類似疾病的人士請審慎評估身體狀況后決定是否入場觀看，因隱瞞實情造成的一切后果由當事人自行承擔。
●演出過程中，為了演員的安全考慮，請勿使用閃光燈；未經允許，禁止錄像。
●如您購買園區套票、酒店房包票、年卡和其他體驗類產品，需提供指紋、人像、證件號碼、聯系方式等必要信息（詳情請參閱《長隆度假區指紋/人像識別技術使用須知》）。
●照顧及監管同行的兒童及長者，請勿讓同行兒童離開監護人視線，劇場內不得使用親子安全繩。不滿16周歲的游客必須由16周歲（含）以上游客陪同入場。
●賓客可攜帶供本人食用的食品及飲料進場，但不得攜帶需加熱、在加熱、加工、冷藏或保溫的食品（如需加熱水食用的方便面及帶自熱功能的食品等）、帶有刺激性氣味的食品（如榴蓮等），以及其他不適宜帶入劇場的食品。
●視障人士攜帶導盲犬進入劇場時，須遵守劇場相關規定，并聽從工作人員的指引和安排，詳情請參閱長隆官網、“長隆旅游”APP《預訂須知》中《導盲犬進入度假區的相關規則》。
●為保障各位賓客的合法權益，請在指定售票點購票，以防偽票；售賣假票、炒賣門票行為違法，將追究法律責任。

4、劇場權利：
●劇場實行一人一座一票制，所有人員入場觀看演出均需購買門票。為保障賓客安全及場內秩序，觀演當日年齡未滿3周歲，或身高未達1.0米的兒童及嬰兒不建議入場，若堅持要求入場，則需購買兒童票或其他適用票種，監護人員需承擔對隨行兒童及嬰兒的看護責任。
●門票一經出售，不可轉讓、退票（法律法規規定許可的情況除外）；在有效期內僅作對應場次入場使用，過期門票作廢。
●劇場出于惡劣天氣、劇場承載能力、健康與安全需要或其他必要原因的考慮，可能會臨時更改劇場開放時間或臨時關閉任何部分區域，暫?；蛉∠莩龆蛔鍪孪韧ㄖ瑢儆诓豢煽沽κ录?，不做任何退款或賠償。
●請留意保管好您隨身攜帶的物品，如有任何物品損壞或財務損失，本劇場恕不負責；對于在劇場范圍所有無人管理的物品，劇場有權做出認為適當的處理。
●劇場可能會在安排攝像、攝影或錄音，賓客進入劇場視為同意將其肖像、聲音及影像用于公司業務、行政和運營用途或其他合法目的。
●凡違反本劇場守則及劇場內的安全守則或做出危險、違法或無禮等行為的人士，或為保障公共安全、治安或秩序，或園區認為的特殊情況所需要等，劇場有權拒絕該等人士進入劇場，或要求該等人士立即離開劇場而不作任何退款或補償。

1、Security check process:
In order to ensure public safety, all guests must accept security checks. Please take the initiative to cooperate with the security checks. For security reasons, we may not allow guests to bring some individual items into the theatre. The following items are strictly prohibited in the theatre:

●In addition to the above items, it is prohibited to bring any wheeled transport equipment in the theater, including but not limited to strollers, wheeled delivery vehicles, bicycles or children's tricycles, skateboards, scooters, axial skates, wheeled coolers, etc. The following items are allowed: hand-pushed wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs which follow the GB/T12996-2024 "Electric Wheelchairs" national standard and maximum speed of 15KM/H.
●Other prohibited items: Alcoholic beverages, suitcases larger than 56cm×36cm×23cm, toy guns, remote-controlled toys (including drones), gongs and drums, loudspeakers, photography auxiliary tripods, unauthorized shooting equipment, and political, religious, commercial and other printed materials, propaganda films, banners, flags, etc., in violation of relevant laws and regulations, as well as any other items that may cause harm or confusion.
●The theater reserves the right to refuse any handbag, package and other items to be carried into the theater, the theater may also provide paid storage services.

2、To ensure a safe and comfortable performance environment for all guests, please don’t carry out the following activities:
●The sale or rental of goods or services without the permission of the Theatre, including but not limited to guided tours, sale of theatre merchandise, etc.
●Assemblies, themed events, speeches or performance art without the permission of the Theatre.
●Any illegal, dangerous, disorderly, destructive act; Such as: threatening, beating others, blocking emergency exits, occupying stairs without reason, insult ?or apply indecent gestures to guests or staff, running, climbing, climbing over railings, etc.
●Violate the elevator rules and affect the normal and safe operation of the escalator.
●Tow the allowed vehicle or cart ?behind.
●Video recording with mobile devices and filming equipment during the performance.
●Tease, touch or feed animals on display in the theatre.

3、Other Remarks:
●According to the requirements of the public security authorities, in order to ensure the safety of the visitors in the Resort and create a safe experience environment for guests, the Resort has set up cameras with the functions of capturing and recording at the security check channels to transmit your entry information to the local public security system in real time.
●Ordinary seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis without assigned seating. Please do not use personal belongings to occupy seats or reserve seats for absent companions. For other class seats, please show your seat number upon entering the theater and follow the guidance of the staff to take your assigned seat in the corresponding area and seat number.
●The show also involves interaction, parade, dim light and dark scene switching. Please do not walk about. In case of emergencies, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
●A large number of special effects such as sound, light, electricity and fireworks are applied in the show. The environment is closed and the audiovisual effects are authentic. Those who have got claustrophobic, have a history of heart disease, have abnormal blood pressure or suffer from other similar diseases are advised to carefully evaluate your physical conditions before ?watching the show,
●For the safety of the performers, please do not use flash light during the performance. No video recording without permission.
●If you purchase park package tickets, hotel room tickets, annual pass and other related products, you need to provide fingerprint, portrait, ID number, contact information and other necessary information (please refer to the “Instructions for the Use of Fingerprint/Portrait Identification Technology in Chimelong Resort").
●Take care of the children and the elderly. Keep them under the sight of guardians. Do not use child safety ropes in the theatre. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a tourist whose age are 16 or above to access to the theater.
●You can take food and beverages for yourself, excluding food that needs to be heated, being heated, processed, refrigerated or kept warm (such as instant noodles and self-heating foods that need to be served with heated water), food with pungent smell (such as durian), and other food that is not suitable for the theatre.
●The visually impaired shall abide by the relevant regulations of the theatre and follow the guidance and arrangement of the staff when bringing guide dogs into the theatre. ●To protect the legitimate rights and interests of all guests, please purchase tickets at designated sale points to prevent counterfeiting; Selling fake tickets, speculating in tickets is illegal, and will be investigated for legal responsibility.

4、Theater Rights:
●Chimelong KAKA Theater implements a one ticket for one seat system, and all visitors need purchase tickets to watch the circus show. In order to ensure the safety of guests and the order in the theater, children and infants under the age of 3 or under 1 meter in height are not recommended to enter the theater. If you insist on the admission, you need to buy a child ticket or other applicable ticket, and the guardian must take good care of the children and infants.
●Once sold, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable (except as permitted by laws and regulations); During the validity period, it is only ?available for corresponding show, and the expired tickets is invalid.
●In consideration of inclement weather, Theatre capacity, health and safety needs or other necessary reasons, the Theatre may temporarily change the opening hours or temporarily close some areas. In the event of force majeure, we may suspend ?or cancel ?the show without prior notice, and it is not involved with any refund or compensation.
●Please take good care of your belongings. The theatre will not be responsible for any damage or financial loss. The theater reserves the right to dispose all unattended items appropriately.
●The Theatre may arrange for filming, photography or sound recording, and guests entering the Theatre shall be deemed to consent to the use of their portraits, voices and images for corporate, administrative and operational purposes or other lawful purposes.
●For visitor who violates this conduct code and the safety rules, acts in a dangerous, illegal or offensive manner, to protect public safety and order under some exceptional circumstances, we reserves the right to refuse your visit or require you to leave without refund or compensation of any kind .

In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the Admission Information, the Chinese version shall prevail.

攝像、攝影、錄音及直播
1. 為尊重園內游客的隱私權及園區管理需求，未經樂園/酒店書面同意，禁止在場內開展與商業相關的攝影、攝像、錄音等行為，以及將違規拍攝、錄制的圖片或音頻、視頻用于商業用途。
2. 未經樂園/酒店書面同意，禁止在園區和酒店開展與商業相關的直播活動。
3. 未經樂園/酒店書面同意，禁止在樂園和酒店使用可能對他人造成安全隱患、影響他人游玩體驗、妨礙樂園或酒店運營的照相機和攝像機，以及包括但不限于以下種類的專業攝影、攝像輔助設備，如：三腳架、任何伸縮功能的自拍桿和穩定器、照明設備等。
4. 未經樂園/酒店書面同意，禁止在園區內或酒店公共區域內操控使用無人機及遙控飛機等飛行器。
5. 在未經事先許可的情況下禁止從事任何采訪行為，包括但不限于攝影、攝像、錄音、采訪游客、工作人員和演職人員等。
6. 所有游樂設施，參玩時禁止使用自拍桿；所有動物展區限制使用自拍桿。
本規則適用于需要攜帶導盲犬進入長隆度假區的視障人士。
長隆度假區內的大部分營業區域允許并歡迎持證導盲犬前往。
視障人士攜帶導盲犬進入長隆度假區（公園、酒店、馬戲場館）內的營業場所前，應出示殘疾人證、導盲犬工作證、動物健康免疫證明和犬類登記證。
進入度假區后，請務必確保導盲犬一直佩戴導盲鞍并在主人的牽引下。
度假區內暫不能提供導盲犬寄存或看管服務，建議有朋友或親人結伴而行。
度假區部分場所或設施（如公園和酒店內的水上游玩區域，以及一旦進入則可能引起導盲犬或園區、場館內其它動物產生應激反應的區域和設施等）限制導盲犬進入，具體限制進入的區域、設施和時段以各公園、馬戲場館及酒店現場規定為準，請咨詢現場工作人員，并聽從其建議。
我們建議您盡早規劃行程，提前預訂酒店住房、樂園或馬戲門票等度假區相關服務，并在到達度假區最少24小時前致電客服電話400-883-0083，告知我們您將攜帶導盲犬的需求、已成功預訂的訂單詳情和行程安排等信息，以便我們為您提供更好的服務。如您沒有提前告知，到達度假區后也可向相關營業場所現場工作人員尋求幫助，我們仍將盡可能滿足您的需要。

●Chimelong KAKA Theater implements a one ticket for one seat system, and all visitors need purchase tickets to watch the circus show. In order to ensure the safety of guests and the order in the theater, children and infants under the age of 3 or under 1 meter in height are not recommended to enter the theater. If you insist on the admission, you need to buy a child ticket or other applicable ticket, and the guardian must take good care of the children and infants.
